From the start in 1993 when Hetrick’s Catering was formed, Charles Hetrick was the catering manager for the Marriott Corporation. He wanted to build Hetrick’s Catering and grow by helping others, and has done just that. Hetrick’s Restaurant opened in 1998 to present, and in 2006 taking over the Catering operations for the University of Pittsburgh northern facility, to the opening of our newest site Hetrick‘s Food Gallery in 2007.
